Synthetic Resin Fiber Composite PVC Plastic roof Sheet Making Machine
PVC glazed tile extrusion line consists of premixing units, conical extruder, co-extruder, T-die mold, calibration device, embossing rollers, saw cutter, hauling set, etc. Process is: premixing the PVC resin with fillers, additives, then extrude the mixed PVC materials together with ASA/PMMA co-extruding, to T-die molding; after calibration, embossing, cutting, to make the final PVC tile.Plastic Single+Multi Layer PVC+PP+PET Corrugated Roof Sheet Tile Panel Extruder is extrued with mold and surface is treated with hot-stamping machine directly in line or water transferring after extrusion, which makes a mirror-like surface with strong feeling of smooth and shining marble.
This line is mainly used to produce PVC glazed tile which width is 720mm, 880mm, 1040mm,thickness is 2-3mm. (Other size can be customized).PVC, ASA, PMMA compound roof tile production line consists of conical twin screw extruder SJZ80/156, co-extruder, extruding tools, forming machine for main tile and ridge tiles, haul-off, cutter and stacker. Supply formula guide and staple raw material purchase.
