Application:
1. PO series pipe major used for water supply, locale mine, solar energy, floor heating, communication area and so on.
2. The production line consists of new generation High efficiency single screw extruder(38:1), pipe mould, vacuum calibration tank, spraying cooling tank, haul-off unit, cutter, stacker, etc.
3. Single screw extruder and haul-off unit adopts imported AC inverter, both electrical components and driving motor use the quality brand.
Description:
1). Single screw extruder, very suitable to process PE resin with high capacity, max capacity can reach 2100kg/h.
2). The production line adopts reasonable design, absorbing safe producing technology, acquiring CE certificate.
3). Diameter range is 16mm-800mm, which can be changed into inch standard to meet clients’ special requirement.
