Quick tips on PVC ASA roofing
The plastic PVC ASA roofing refer to a new composite roof tile products, which is mainly made by plastic extrusion and forming machine.It can have various pattern of appearance and colors, but is much cheaper than other tiles made of ceramic, clay and metal.
At the same time, the plastic roof tile products will not cause any problem for the environment, instead, through a series of plastic sheet recycling machine which we also called plastic auxiliary machine such as plastic sheet crusher and miller, the waste of damaged roofing sheet can be recycled during the production, and it can be reused to feed the production line again as the middle layer to save the cost. Meantime, the filler material used in plastic roofing products is calcium carbonate which is very cheap and available almost anywhere, and it costs USD100 per ton.

Acemien plastic roofing tile making machine integrated the most reliable co-extrusion and control technology to produce strong and long lifespan plastic roof tile with customized surface printing pattern, and the tile forming mould block is smoothly polished and fixed properly, and the main production procedures can be divided into 3 steps below:
1,Materials compounding
Using our high efficient reliable vertical raw material mixer, the raw materials such as PVC powder,Calcium Carbonate, and other additives like cloride PE, pre-wax, stearic acid, compound stabilizer, ACR, Paraffin are mixed together and homogenized, which is very important in sheet making, because the improper mixing would lead to product deficiency problem like crack, bubble and bump.
2,Co-extrusion
In this stage, the completely mixed raw materials are transported, molten and fully plasticized, and then transferred to the sheet die mould due to extruder pressure caued by rotating screw, where the sheet thickness can be adjusted between 1mm to 3mm through screw of mould lips, finally the ASA coating layer is formed on the surface of roof tile.
3,Forming and cutting
In the final stage, the hot PVC ASA sheet is tracted to the tile forming machine with glazed mould after trimming, in which the wind generated by the cooling fan at both side will blown into a tunnel to cool down the temperature for the glazed mould after absorbing the heat from the running hot roof tile sheet, and then the formed glazed PVC tile sheet continues to be tractedto a cutting machine, where a certain length of the glazed roof sheet is cut as per PLC programmed, and finally the glazed roof sheet are piled on the stacker table which is ready to be packed.

After sales service and policy
1 Technical documents
All the symbols on the equipments should be in English. Seller is responsible to provide general layout plan, electric plan, installation direction, and manual book in English to Buyer on time.
2. Arrangement for inspection, installation and testing work
a. After all machines are delivered to customer's factory; Buyer is responsible for all preparation work, e.g. electricity supply, water supply, labors and cranes, etc.
b. ACEMIEN will prepare for visa application for their engineers, who are responsible for guide of machine installation and testing at the Buyer's factory.
c. The Buyer will buy the round-trip air ticket for Engineer if visa application is approved. The buyer is also responsible to bear expenses generated, e.g. visa formalities, meals, accommodation and allowance of USD80 per day for each engineer.
d. Engineer will give free training lessons to labors in buyer's factory.
e. If buyer doesn't request installation and commissioning by Seller's engineer in 4 months since date of bill of lading, which to be accounted all the machines has been successfully tested by buyer.
3. Quantity and quality guarantee
a. Quantity/Quality Discrepancy to destination port during transportation:
In case of quality/quantity discrepancy to destination port in transportation, customer should file claim within 30 days after the arrival of the goods at port of destination. Insurance company and shipping company will be responsible for any discrepancy of the goods caused by shipping company and other transportation organization and/or post office.
b. Guarantee period and after-sales services: 12 months since date of bill of lading
During this guarantee period, ACEMIEN will provide spare parts without any charge in case of quality discrepancy caused by us. If the malfunctions are caused by your incorrect operations, ACEMIEN will provide the buyer spare parts at cost price.
c. Long-term service:
ACEMIEN will charge the buyer cost price of spare parts beyond one year and provide long-term technical guide.
