The production process

Features of single screw granulator
1. The single screw granulator has a set of mixing, lifting, feeding, extrusion, air-cooled hot particle, air-cooling cooling in one, to achieve automatic continuous operation, such a single screw granulator production efficiency is high;

8. The cooling of the granule is carried by cyclone separator and roller type cooler or disc type vibrating screen.
9. The electronic control system adopts PLC, visual interface and frequency conversion technology to realize full automatic control.
